Scottish Country Dancing is a lovely way to make new friends.

It's a great way to help boost your fitness, health and wellbeing.

What we do: We dance for fun and try not to take it too seriously. Sessions are relaxed, chilled out and easy-going.

We start with a gentle warm up and finish with cool down stretches. All dances can be walked or danced. It's fine to take time out to watch.

Refreshments provided.

Why not dust off your dancing shoes, reconnect with your inner dancing self and enjoy the invigorating sound of Scottish country dance music. You don't need to bring a partner, or to have had any experience of country dancing. Just drop me (Convenor Jo) an email and I'll be in touch.

What to wear: flat soft shoes are best.

Group History: We started in April 2024.
