Membership
There is an annual membership fee of £16, which has not changed since the start of the Beccles u3a in 2014.
To become a member of the Beccles u3a you need to complete an application form, which is available both online and as a downloadable PDF form. If you print and fill the PDF form, post it to the membership secretary or bring it to a monthly meeting.

Membership Fees
The fees below include a £4 per person fee to The Third Age Trust. Your one year fee will be reduced by £4 per person if you provide a copy of a 2026-27 membership card for another u3a.
Annual membership runs from the 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027
Half year membership runs from 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027

. - Payment in cash or by cheque can be made at a monthly meeting.
Please ensure you get a receipt at the time of payment.
Existing Membership Renewal
Renewal information is being sent by email for 2026-2027. Paper copies of the renewal form are available from the Public Hall at the Monthly Meeting on 18th March and at the Renewals Session on 20th March. If you'd like us to post one to you, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Membership Secretary, Beccles u3a, 9 Station Road, Beccles, NR34 9QH.
To renew your membership you can download a copy of the subscription form to print, complete, and submit as instructed.

Whichever renewal approach you take, your new membership card can be collected at April's Monthly Meeting or from Group Convenors.

Gift Aid Form
If you wish to Gift Aid your Beccles u3a membership fee the charity can claim tax relief of 25p on every £1 you give. All the money that we are able to generate from this source will contribute toward keeping our membership fees and costs down.
When you apply for membership, either as a renewal or new member, the Gift Aid option will be included in the form.
