Membership
There is an annual membership fee of £16, which has not changed since the start of the Beccles u3a in 2014.
To become a member of the Beccles u3a you need to complete an application form, which is available both online and as a downloadable PDF form. If you print and fill the PDF form, post it to the membership secretary or bring it to a monthly meeting.

Membership Fees
The fees below include a £4 per person fee to The Third Age Trust. Your one year fee will be reduced by £4 per person if you provide a copy of a 2025-26 membership card for another u3a.
Annual membership runs from the 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026
Half year membership runs from 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026

Details on how you can make payments are as follows:

. - Payment by cheques, made payable to 'Beccles u3a', please include your Name and Membership Number on the reverse, and send to :
'Membership Secretary, 9 Station Road, Beccles NR34 9QH (contact telephone: 07835509773)'.
. - Payment in cash or by cheque can be made at a monthly meeting.
Please ensure you get a receipt at the time of payment.
Existing Membership Renewal
Renewal packs, including a printed subscription form, are being sent to your home address, if you haven’t received one by the end of February, please contact the Membership Secretary.
You can download a copy of the subscription renewal form to print, complete, and submit in the usual way.
As an alternative, you can apply for a renewal of your subscription using the online form .

Beccles u3a “New Members Enrolment” Form
If you would like a printed form sent to you, please contact the Membership Secretary.
Whichever approach you take we will send your new membership card to you.
Gift Aid Form
If you wish to Gift Aid your Beccles u3a membership fee the charity can claim tax relief of 25p on every £1 you give. All the money that we are able to generate from this source will contribute toward keeping our membership fees and costs down.
If you apply online for membership, either as a renewal or new member, the Gift Aid option will be included in the form.
