The Waveney Beekeepers Group was formed in 1987 by Michael Venn and an enthusiastic band of beekeepers who were determined to keep the art of beekeeping alive and reap the rewards of the product that was delicious and sweet - HONEY!
Learn about their work in promoting the craft of beekeeping, encouraging sound practices in the management of bees and advancing education about the importance of bees in the environment and to our future. They also provide services like swarm collection to the public and provide a number of workshops throughout the year.
