Free Online Mindfulness courses for Older Adults

Looking for ways to reduce stress and find peace in your daily life?

Join a free online mindfulness course, designed specifically for older adults and carers. Discover simple techniques to improve your mental well being, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation.

The courses are led by a Clinical Psychologist, run online via zoom for 1-2 hours once a week for 6 weeks, with an option to extend your practice with your group for up to 10 weeks. Courses are available in October and November 2024.
