Keeping Fit

Keeping fit can take so many forms—whether it’s heading to the gym, going for a run, practicing yoga, or even dancing around the living room to your favorite tunes.

It’s all about finding activities you enjoy and that make you feel great.

Keeping fit with the u3a covers a series of movements to help to improve all the major muscle groups. It's aim is to make you feel good, not turn you into a super hero.

Participants can work at their own pace, levels of mobility, flexibility and involvement, either standing and/or sitting, chairs will be available
