Italian Conversation 2
General Information:
Our purpose is to 'learn, Laugh and Live' making the learning of Italian fun.
Our group has been in existence since 2018 when we started learning Italian with the BBC Italian Course and then moved on to Italian Conversation.
Despite using these and other learning materials we struggled to converse in Italian . Maybe we lacked the confidence and were slightly embarassed to converse. We did learn, laugh and have fun!
In 2024, we were joined by Luisa, an Italian native speaker, and in less than six months our Italian has considerably improved
Fun remains at the forefront of our learning but we now read, ask questions, and converse in Italian.
We learn alot from each other and from Luisa and enjoy the creative and wide ranging approach to the language, with a really positive impact on the group's learning.
If you have a modest understanding of the Italian language and a desire to develop further, consider coming along and experience a session. You will find the group warm, welcoming, supportive and fun.
