A Cappella SSA

Both this group and A Cappella SATB sing unaccompanied part songs including madrigals, sacred songs, pastoral part songs and arrangements of folk songs and ballads. Ideally each group is about 14 people so that we have several voices to each part. Because we sing unaccompanied and the groups are quite small, singers need to be able to read music to an extent and be sensitive to ensemble music making. Our aim is to enjoy singing together by making the most beautiful sound we can.
All music is provided and we pay £1 each session to cover light refreshments and buying new music.
We welcome all new singers to our friendly group and particularly need sopranos at this time.
